Process
RaspberryPi Zero takes a picture every 15 minutes using raspistill and saves it to the Windows File Server
Daily at 4:30am, a homegrown Java program on the Ubuntu Web Server reads the Windows File server location for the pictures, anaylzes them for daylight and combines them into a movie
After the movie is generated, it is copied from the build directory to the published web folder for your enjoyment
